If you’re interested in working with me, that’s great. I have extensive experience collaborating with scientist in multiple fields, including Embryology, Plant Science, Engineering, and Rheology, as well as other theoreticians.

My interest is primarily in solving interesting medical, biological and industrial problems with novel numerical calculations, and I currently have a number of active collaborations with research groups from around the world. If you think we might be able to work well together, I’d love to hear from you; you can either email me directly, or use the contact form here.

Some results from recent collaborations with experimental groups.
Recent collaborations with experimental groups. Left: 3DCellAtlas is a computational pipeline to perform digital single-cell analyses in 3D plant organs in collaboration with George Bassel and Richard Smith. Numerical code is free to download as part of MorphorGraphX, and the publication was selected for an F1000 recommendation and as a Global Plant Council paper of the month. Right: Improved flow reconstruction of the nematode worm C. Elegans, in collaboration with Paulo Arratia, David Gagnon, and Eric Lauga. Published as the 100th paper for the new APS journal Physical Review Fluids.
